Weight loss plateau?
I work out regularly, eat healthy, generally maintain a healthy lifestyle. However my weight loss has plateaued and I cant seem to do anything to get rid of 20lbs no matter how much I change up my work out routine or food. I think I would like to try herbal supplement, or diet pills to jumpstart my metabolism. Anyone know of any that actually work (ive seen ads for a pink patch, wu-yi oolong tea...etc). Has anyone tried any of these and recomend anything?
this happened to me too. just keep going the way you are, your body is getting used to your routines. Drink more water, that boosts you metabolism. summer's on the way and that may help. also stress, if you have any try to ease it with a hobby( try a non work out hobby first, the point is to relax, unless working out does the trick)
