does Oolong tea actually help you loose weight??? just wondering
anyone out there,.....

You still have to eat in moderation and get in some exercise, but I have found that it works, primarily because it helps to speed up your metabolism. Oolong or "wulong" tea is also called Japanese slimming tea.

Oolong tea works because it burns fat faster than green tea -- over twice as fast and it seems to be a well-kept secret. Online websites sell it pretty expensively, but I buy it in a local international supermarket for about $2.00 for 16 teabags and try to drink at least 2 cups per day, hot or cold. The teas are also very healthy for you overall with their antioxidant properties. You can find it at any good Asian or international supermarket.

The tea won't work if you drink it while eating a couple of Big Macs and french fries, but I think you will find it works when you also make other changes in your diet. Also be sure to drink some water during the day. The caffeine can dehydrate you if you drink a lot and you won't see as much benefit from the tea. You will definitely see the weight start coming off.

   I initially tried hibiscus tea at a club in mumbai and enjoyed the flavour. When I found about the health benefits, I became genuinely determined to purchase some. Couldn’t find it in any way in any nearby stores but bought online. I’ve been drinking about three or more cups on a daily basis (cold) for around 23 days now and the most up-to-date blood pressure reading was the best it’s been in Decades! I highly recommend.
