Okay, I just want to say that I know it's not healthy to eat so little calories. But this is an example of a 800 calorie a day thing is...
And I don't intend to skip meals...so it this healthy?

1 cup Sweetcorn Soup
½ cup of brown rice
(203 calories, 2 g fat)
Snack
1 small apple

Dinner
1 cup plain warm green tea
1 cup brown rice
1 serving Mixed Vegetables Stir Fry
(314 calories, 6 g fat)
So I'm wondering is this healthy?
800 calories is not healthy. And after reading your food breakdown, you need a lot more lean protein. You have too many carbs in your diet for only 800 calories. You need protein!
